October 27, 2022): A complaint is filed in a Minnesota court against the US’s first “openly genderfluid” individual working for the federal government (Assistant Secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition for the US Department of Energy), Sam Brinton, for allegedly stealing someone’s bag off the luggage carousel at Minneapolis St. Paul Airport (MSP). According to the complaint, video surveillance footage from September 16th, 2022 confirmed Brinton taking the bag, removing its tag, placing it inside another bag and then leaving the area “at a quick pace.” He then hopped into a rideshare vehicle and departed the airport. The owner of the bag claimed its contents to be worth over $2,300. The complaint goes on to describe Brinton returning to the airport two days later and checking the stolen bag for a flight back to Washington, D.C. When the complainant contacted Brinton on October 9th to inquire about the stolen bag, he partially denied taking it, saying, “If I had taken the wrong bag, I am happy to return it, but I don’t have any clothes for another individual. That was my clothes when I opened the bag.” Two hours later Brinton called the complainant back, apologized for not being “completely honest,” and admitted to taking the bag. He said because he felt nervous about what he had done, he left the contents of the bag inside drawers at the hotel where he stayed. Brinton also admitted to checking the bag when he returned to the airport with it. At the time of the filing, the bag had yet to be returned and nothing was recovered from the hotel where Brinton was staying.
Update (11/29/22): The Department of Energy confirms Sam Brinton was put on leave after being charged with felony theft for stealing the bag at MSP Airport.
Update 2 (11/30/22): The UK Daily Mail reports Brinton hosted a spanking seminar in LA just weeks after being charged with a felony for which he is facing up to five years in prison. According to the article, Brinton hosted the seminar under the pseudonym NuclearNerd, the same name he uses on the fetish hookup app Recon. The bio provided by the event’s sponsor described him by writing, “They have been active in the kink world since 2013, host monthly kink parties in their dungeon in Washington, DC, and estimate they have spanked over 2,000 cute butts.” By “they,” they mean “he.” The China Joe administration is not made up of serious people, and our country has been suffering across the board since the 2020 election was blatantly stolen. If you want to spank cute butts and host kink events, fine. But you should not be employed by the federal government in my opinion. Update 3 (12/8/22): Brinton is now being accused of stealing luggage from Harry Reid International Airport in Nevada. He has been charged with grand larceny as the value of the bag’s contents is between $1,200 and $5,000, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Brinton now faces an additional 10 years in prison.
Update 4 (12/9/22): A Twitter user with the handle @NoVA_Campaigns publishes a series of Tweets exposing a “pup kink” community that exists within the US Army. One of the Tweets shows images posted to social media where a Colonel Brian Donnelly (aka pupravage) writes in part (under a picture of him exposing his genitals), “…to this day still find it difficult 2b completely open in my work environ & around professional colleagues. & then there’s my fetish. I’m a pup. I’m an Alpha. Rearing other pups.” It’s not very comforting to know that while the Chinese and Russian militaries are avoiding mRNA injections and training for all out war with the United States, we have an Army colonel concerned about “rearing pups” and other servicemen participating in this sexual fetish.
Update 5 (12/12/22): A spokesperson for the department of Energy confirms Brinton is no longer a DOE employee.

Update 7 (4/12/23): Brinton pleads no contest to misdemeanor theft and agrees to pay the victim nearly $3,700 in compensation. He also received a suspended jail sentence of 180 days.
Update 8 (5/17/23): Brinton is arrested in Maryland for stealing luggage (AGAIN), this time from Reagan International Airport in Virginia. He was considered a “fugitive from justice” at the time of his arrest as the alleged incident took place back in February.
Update 9 (7/17/23): Fox News reports Brinton was on a taxpayer-funded trip to the DOE-operated Nevada National Security Site near Las Vegas the second time he nabbed another passenger’s luggage.
Update 10 (5/30/24): Judicial Watch announces they have received 25 pages of documents related to “drag shows, drag story hours and other pride events for military personnel and their dependent minors organized and paid for by the U.S. Air Force.” While I consider myself an advocate for personal choice and consenting adults doing what they please so long as it does not negatively impact others, this stuff has no place in the military. When the issue of inappropriate reading materials sitting on the shelves of school libraries comes up I tend to ask, ‘What is the educational value of these texts?’ The obvious answer is there is none. So let’s ask a similar question about the recent emphasis placed on LGBT training and events taking place within our military… How do these things help our military readiness and the US’s ability to win a war? It doesn’t.
Update 11 (7/2/24): The Washington Free Beacon reports Sam Brinton has received a “sweetheart plea deal” that will keep him out of prison. To avoid grand larceny charges and a jail sentence of up to 20 years Brinton pleaded guilty to petit larceny (a misdemeanor), will have to complete 50 hours of community service helping the elderly (I’m sure they’re going to love that), enter a diversion program that will require him to undergo mental health treatment, and write a letter of apology. It’s never been a better time to be a Democrat.
